Antioch Dodge, part of the Antioch Auto Center family, is seeking a reliable and motivated Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

As an integral part of the sales team, the Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients. Your primary focus will be on achieving sales targets and delivering a personalized experience to our customers. You will work closely with our team of automotive professionals to understand the needs of our clients and provide them with the best solutions for their automotive requirements.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and providing personalized assistance
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate sales activities and meet sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management on a regular basis
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or account management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Familiarity with automotive products and services
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving targets
