Position Description

We are seeking a Tolling Business Operations Analyst II to join a dynamic team. The successful candidate for this position will report to the Tolling Operations Manager. The ideal candidate would have strong business acumen and analytical skills to analyze data, identify patterns, and make decisions critically. Having a keen interest in data analysis, transformation, and visualization, with the ability to represent the business story with data, is a must. The ideal candidate can work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve problems. This is a hybrid role where you can remote and from our office in downtown Phoenix, Block 23 at Cityscape.


Your Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze company data and market research.
  • Develops and produces executive KPI metrics reporting that supports the performance of the operations department.
  • Collaborates with colleagues across departments and seniority levels and has adept social skills.
  • Transform routine manual functions into partially automated workflows by applying known technical expertise through applications like Power Automate.
  • Constant focus on improving existing operations processes.
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) of systems and processes to assist in the troubleshooting of errors and problems and coordinate timely resolution by working with internal/external entities.
  • Perform thorough analysis of large volumes of data and produce documentation of the findings in a manner presentable to management or customers.
  • Create training materials and documentation for applications and processes and provide training for end users.


  • A college degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Must possess strong problem-solving and investigative skills and be detail oriented.
  • An advanced understanding of Excel with the ability to create macros, Power Pivot Tables, and perform analysis is required.
  • Proficiency using Power BI, SQL, Access, and Alteryx to perform analysis and create reporting is recommended.
  • Adaptability to learn new techniques and technologies as needed.
  • Must have the ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Must possess strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate information tactfully and interact professionally with a diverse group, including executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Experience in the Commercial Vehicle Transportation or Tolling industry is a plus.
