Project Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Administrator to assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects by providing administrative support to ensure projects run smoothly on time, and within budget. They are responsible for maintaining project documentation, tracking progress, coordinating communication among team members and stakeholders, and handling scheduling, reporting, and logistical needs.

Core Responsibilities:

• Assist project managers in the planning, coordination, and execution of civil and preservation projects.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project schedules.
• Coordinate project meetings and maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in the procurement process, including sourcing vendors, obtaining quotes, and managing contracts.
• Track project budget and expenses and prepare reports for project managers.
• Monitor project timelines and deadlines to ensure project milestones are met.
• Support project teams with administrative tasks such as filing, record keeping, and data entry.
• Assist in the coordination of project resources, including labor, equipment, and materials.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
