Full Job Description
Manufacturing apparel company is seeking a full time Production Room Assistant.
Duties of this position include:
- Printing garment patterns and preparing them for our cutting machines
- Running cutting machines (prior experience is not required)
- Possibility of cross training in Kitting (Bundling)
- Spreading fabric with assistance of another team member
Requirements
- Basic computer skills
- Fast learner
- Good communication skills
- Must be able to stand for 8-10 hour days
- Read and write English
- Must be able to lift 80lbs rolls of paper and fabric rolls. (with use of a hand truck)
- Sewing and CAD File experience is a plus but not needed
- Detail oriented/organized
- Team player
- Dependable
- Mechanical Knowledge
- Willing to work hard and participate in moving from one position to another
