The W Scottsdale's Cottontail Lounge is currently looking for an Operations Manager to join our team!

We're searching for a candidate who can:

• Ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Work as a team player and actively contribute to the success of the bar/restaurant experience.
• Manage payroll admin duties, including updating employee punches, update tip sheet, finalize and submit payroll.
• Work with vendors and the accounting team to maintain record of invoices and ensure timely payment.
• Ensure the venue is in working order. Address any maintenance issues with the hotel maintenance team.
• Maintain adequate staffing, onboard new employees, complete I9’s, and ensure employees are up to date on certifications.
• Perform other supportive functions as determined by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Previous experience in night life or other related fields.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A guest-oriented mindset.
• Required food and alcohol manager certifications (Title 4 Basic & Title 4 Management, Certified Food Manager)
