Job Description:
The HR Coordinator will provide support in various human resources functions as needed, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR compliance. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can prioritize tasks and effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- When needed, assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and completing pre-employment paperwork.
- Serve as a backup for new hire orientations and assist with the onboarding process.
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy of employee data.
- Assist with benefits administration.
- Support employee relations efforts by participating in investigations, addressing employee concerns, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures to employees.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Requirements
