Our client, a leading company in the marketing and technology integration industry, is seeking a talented and experienced HR Manager to join their dynamic team in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a high-impact role in a fast-paced, innovative environment where you will have the opportunity to shape organizational culture and drive key HR initiatives.
Position Overview
As an HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing a wide range of HR functions while ensuring compliance with U.S. labor laws and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring a comprehensive understanding of talent management, employee relations, and HR best practices to the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Labor Law Compliance: Ensure adherence to U.S. federal and state labor laws (FLSA, FMLA, EEO, etc.), manage employee relations issues, and mediate workplace conflicts.
- Talent Acquisition & Retention: Lead recruitment efforts, develop and execute talent management strategies, and create competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent.
- Employee Benefits & Compensation: Oversee U.S.-specific employee benefits (medical, dental, vision, etc.) and design compensation packages that align with market trends and company goals.
- Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI): Drive DEI initiatives by developing policies that foster an inclusive and equitable workplace environment.
- Change Management: Support organizational change efforts by guiding employees through transitions and promoting a positive organizational culture.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a growing team of 15 HR professionals across key functions, including HR business partnering, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of progressive HR experience with a strong background in team leadership, talent management, recruitment, and employee relations.
- Proficiency in HRMS and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
