Full Job Description
The Customer Service/Receptionist is responsible for providing exceptional customer support, managing front desk operations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area.
- Assist with scheduling, data entry, and general administrative tasks.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and internal teams.
- Perform other duties as needed to support office operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
- Previous customer service or receptionist experience is a plus.
This is a fully in-person position based in Phoenix, Arizona.
