Accounts Payable Specialist

Wholesale Express is a subsidiary of RumbleOn, making us a publicly-traded top technology company as well! Wholesale Express, is one of the country's largest transportation and logistics companies, located in Gilbert, AZ, and moves thousands of cars a day! Wholesale Express is looking for an individual to join our accounts payable team. This position will work daily on reviewing Bill of Ladings and processing payments in a high-volume environment. We are seeking a full-time person to provide excellent customer service & repetitive processing in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Review bill of ladings received from carriers to ensure completed delivery of transports & ensure that it matches information in the cargo & accounting systems
• Apply any open credits on the carrier’s account against open charges
• Enter the payments due to the carriers
• Research any concerns with BOLs, payments, credits, etc. and respond to carriers via phone or e-mail

Requirements

• HIGH SCHOOL DEGREE & 2 YEARS OF ACCOUNTING EXPERIENCE
• ATTENTION TO DETAIL
• GREAT ATTENDANCE
• WORK WELL AS A TEAM
• ACCURATELY INPUT OF DATA INVOLVING A HIGH VOLUME OF TRANSACTIONS
• WORK IN A PROFESSIONAL & TIMELY MANNER
• ABLE TO WORK WITH A REPETITIVE DAILY SCHEDULE
• BASIC UNDERSTANDING OF ACCOUNTING & E-MAIL SYSTEMS
• EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
• OTHER TASKS MAY BE ASSIGNED AS NEEDED
