Responsibilities

- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Conduct regular audits of records for accuracy and completeness.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic database management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in an administrative or clerical role is a plus.
- Familiarity with the automotive or transportation industry is beneficial but not required.
