Full Job Description

Lookout Pest Control is currently seeking a Outside Sales Representative in Birmingham. The Field Sales Representative will play a crucial role in our sales team by driving revenue growth through acquiring new customers and maintaining existing accounts. As a trusted advisor, the Field Sales Representative will build strong relationships with clients and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our pest control services.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities by identifying and approaching potential customers in the assigned territory.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts by providing exceptional customer service and tailoring solutions to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and swift resolution of any issues or concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify areas of opportunity and improvement.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales, in the pest control or home services industry.
  • Must be able to prove annual sales revenue.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel within the assigned territory.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a Field Sales Representative or similar role.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
