The Floor Lead is responsible for overseeing the production floor, supporting the supervisor and production staff, and ensuring smooth operations. This is a full-time position with 1st.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Troubleshooting challenges on the warehouse floor
- Communicating challenges and solutions to leadership
- Rotate personnel to maintain the production flow
- Generating LTL BOLs
- Closing orders within JDE
- Ensuring proper loading of palletized shipments
- Monitoring and maintaining communications with carriers
- Opening/closing when required
