The Residential Inside Estimator will be experienced and detail-oriented to join our exterior construction team. This role will be responsible for accurately estimating costs and quantities for residential exterior remodeling projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review project plans, specifications, job notes, photos, and scope of work provided by sales representatives or clients.
- Conduct thorough takeoffs, measuring quantities of materials required for each project, including siding, roofing, windows, doors, and other exterior components.
- Utilize estimating software and databases to calculate material costs, labor costs, and other project expenses.
- Maintain updated knowledge of current material and labor costs
- Collaborate with project managers, suppliers, and subcontractors to gather information and clarify project details as needed.
