Tax Manager in West Virginia

Seeking a Tax Manager to join a mid-sized public accounting firm, responsible for managing staff, client assignments and projects and delivering a high-quality service.  This position can either be located in Wheeling, WV or Cambridge, OH.

Supervisory responsibilities:

• Assist with overseeing office operations and staff, client service activities, quality, reporting, production revenue budget and forecasting;
• Work in conjunction with the Senior Manager/ Principal on maximizing performance including production revenue maximization, and staff development, includes coaching, advising, and supporting team members in meeting client and self-development expectations. 
• Understand skillsets and capabilities of Associates and monitor and review work products that they prepare and report on performance while articulating coaching notes throughout the process.
