As a private, nonprofit organization, EPIC has been providing high-quality early childhood educational services to children and families in Central Washington for over 35 years. Our mission is to empower children to reach their full potential through nurturing relationships, engaging experiences, and comprehensive education.

The Early Learning Associate Director will work closely with the ECEAP Director and content team to ensure the effective operation and continuous improvement of all our early learning programs.
