HR Business Partner in Washington

Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, as an HR Business Partner you will interact and collaborate with site leaders in New York, New Hampshire, and Washington acting as a true business partner helping each site strive for excellence. You’ll apply your knowledge and experience to support human resources programs and processes that build a sustainable and thriving business operation. This is a full-time, role where you will work on-site four days per week and from home one day per week.

About the Team

You will be responsible for performance reviews, learning and development, and employee retention while also improving existing processes and procedures while collaborating with key stakeholders across the business. This role will actively participate in translating business plans into talent, engagement, and organization plans.
