As a Batching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operations of the batching production area, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety are maintained at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in manually batching dry and liquid ingredients according to specifications
• Operate pumps, valves, and control systems to ensure accurate batching processes
• Perform basic laboratory testing and accurately record data
• Load and unload tanker trucks in compliance with FDA regulations
• Conduct tank and line cleanings using CIP systems and manage cleaning schedules
• Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP rules
