The Accounting Specialist – Accounts Receivable will be an integral part of the Finance and the Contract Management team. He/she will hold primary responsibility for the Accounts Receivable process. Additionally, he/she will play an important role supporting the Project Managers with contract lifecycle and payment collections. He/she will support the Controller and the CFO with financial reports, project setups, and investigating and resolving discrepancies.
Responsibilities
- Review contracts for accounting-specific requirements and set up new project codes, sales orders, modifications and project labor codes for employee timesheets according to the contract terms.
- Manage the contracts accounts receivable process, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing for all contracts.
- Prepare and submit Invoices.
- Post all invoices in the Deltek Costpoint accounting system.
