Associate Director, Construction and Maintenance in Vermont

Complement the Facilities Services Department management team mission with primary oversight of the maintenance, operation, safety & regulatory compliance, minor & major construction and renovation & repair activities of 2.6 million square ft. of facilities and landscape & athletics surfaces on  main campus & Bread Loaf campus sites.  Includes management of skilled trade work groups. Represent and support the Facilities Services organization to all levels of the College community. 

This is a full time, benefits eligible, salaried position with a hiring range of $85,295-108,810 per year.
