Residential Support Supervisor in Utah

Summary/Objective-

Develop and maintain professional relationships with Residential staff while providing training on the floor. Maintain the schedule of ALL Residential staff and update the schedule in “real time” so that all staff have the updated schedule and know who they will be working with before their shift begins.

Maintain a list of on call staff to call when shifts are needing coverage.  The ‘on call’ list will be shared with all departments.

Essential functions 

• Coordinate, manage and update the staffing schedule for ALL residential employees.
• Share the schedule with new employees and train them on how to read the schedule.
• Assist the Residential Training Coordinator with staff training for DRS employees.
