The Business Development Director is primarily responsible for finding opportunities and revenue within certain customer segments to build the BD portfolio in support of the company’s growth goals. They will partner with the leadership team and Profit & Lost (P&L) Groups to provide expertise in both the design and execution of business development and capture campaign efforts.
Expertise and Functions
- Identify future business opportunities and promote the value of the KIHOMAC portfolio
- Develop strategy and tactics using in-depth knowledge of customer needs, KIHOMAC products and services, and competitive environment to foster business growth
- Verify, evaluate, and apply detailed customer knowledge to advance campaign activity, support the long-range business plan and contribute to strategy development
