Areas of Responsibility 

1. Change Management 

• Lead the evolution from Road Warriors to Wisdom Weavers 

2. People Management 

• Manage all staff program officers and any and all field services consultants 

• Manage time utilization of all available staff on balance with contracts in collaboration with the Chief Programs Officer 

• Manage the delivery of TA in pairs, the costs thereof and documenting internal learning 

• Ensure that all members of your team are well onboarded, trained, and accountable to clear deliverables
