Vehicle Coordinator

Coordinator will support activities associated with test vehicle procurement, onboarding, tracking, maintenance, and finance. Provide vehicles and other support for engineering testing activities. Provide support for vehicle safety, including training program management and process definition.

Key Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

1. Vehicle procurement

o Coordinate with engineering, provide Administrative/Purchasing/Finance support

2. Vehicle check-in (re development vehicles, e.g. prototypes, pilots, etc)

o Base inspection and prep checklist

3. Vehicle tracking

4. License plate tracking and payment (Keyper system and co-work with Legal Team)

5. Registration and insurance tracking and updating (maintaining fleet legal paperwork)

6. Vehicle process updates

7. Vehicle shipping coordination (long haul and local towing)

8. Vehicle accident/incident reporting
