We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Office Manager/HR to join our People & Culture team. This role is integral to our scaling operations in the North American (NAM) region, combining office management, payroll administration, and HR responsibilities. Reporting directly to a C-Level executive, you will thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, serving as the primary HR point of contact for NAM and playing a key role in ensuring smooth office operations and employee experiences.
Role and responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, such as managing supplies and maintenance, liaising with vendors, and coordinating office changes. A key project will involve overseeing the transition to a new office, requiring previous experience in designing and managing the creation of a new office space that meets the team's needs and fosters a collaborative environment.
