About the Role

We are recruiting a US Head of Sales for an established leader in the optical and optoelectronics industry. This role involves overseeing and expanding the company’s business within the North American market. The ideal candidate will leverage industry expertise to identify key clients, drive sales strategies, and foster long-term partnerships with major accounts in the optical and imaging sectors.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Industry Experience: Candidates must have substantial experience in the optical lenses and optical camera industry, ideally with knowledge of suppliers in the photonics industry.
• Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a senior sales leadership role is highly desirable.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
