Job Description:
As an Unreal Engine Animator, you will play a pivotal role in bringing characters and environments to life in our gaming and film projects. Your expertise in animation will be essential in crafting fluid, realistic, and emotionally compelling movements using Unreal Engine. You'll work closely with 3D artists, designers, and programmers to create animations that enhance storytelling and gameplay experience.

• Create high quality character and creature animations using Unreal Engine for interactive 3D experiences
• Rig, skin and setup animation blueprints for characters, vehicles, weapons and other game elements
• Animate lifelike character movements, interactions, combat abilities, reactions and emotions
• Implement animation blend trees, state machines, montages, procedural animations and other techniques
• Ensure all animations meet realistic movement and flow standards with strong posing
• Collaborate with art, design and programming to implement animations into gameplay systems
• Continuously refine animations based on feedback to enhance visual quality and immersiveness
• Optimize animations to maintain engine performance standards
• Leverage advanced UE4/UE5 animation tools like Control Rig, Animation Sharing and Animation Blueprints
