Lead Animation Supervisor (Unreal Engine)

The incumbent should possess a profound comprehension of animation, a vivid creative perspective, sterling leadership traits, and practical experience in sculpting exceptional animations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Captain a squad of animators and artists, offering clear guidance and support.
• Engage intensively with directors, producers, and creative frontrunners to chalk out animation aesthetics and benchmarks.
• Supervise diverse animation projects, ensuring they resonate with top-tier artistic and technical parameters.
• Facilitate team interactions and reviews, endorsing a cohesive and nurturing workspace.
• Pinpoint operational and creative hurdles, devising strategies to address them.
• Innovate workflow and pipeline enhancements to augment efficiency and output.
• Converse effectively with production on scheduling, budgetary concerns, and resource distribution.
• Tutor the animation brigade, enriching their prowess and potential.
• Remain updated on industry drifts, tools, and methodologies to continually refine team caliber and outputs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Film, Art, or allied domain, or an analogous industry stint.
• 7+ years immersed in animation, with at least 3 years at a supervisory echelon.
• Demonstrated flair in sculpting and overseeing elite animation ventures for films, TV, and cinematics.
• Profound familiarity with animation software (Maya, 3Ds Max, Blender) and other pivotal tools.
• Comprehensive grasp of animation fundamentals.
• Distinct leadership aptitude with an essence of motivation and inspiration.
• Stellar problem-solving acumen, with a penchant for ingenious solutions.

• Experience in maneuvering game engines, particularly Unreal Engine
