Technical Theater Director

The Indian Creek School Technical Theater Director contributes to our vibrant learning community for the 2024-2025 academic year. This position, paid via a per-show stipend, would report to the Director of Performing Arts.

This part-time position includes the following responsibilities: 

1. Together with the play and musical directors, designing and building sets on stage for each production.  This will also require the supervision of adult volunteers and high school student volunteers.
2. Supervising robust student-led technical theatre crews during performance runs.
3. Managing and caring for equipment and maintaining systems and theatrical elements of the Jack and Nancy Becker Center for the Performing Arts and scene shop for The Performing Arts department during performance rehearsal processes and show runs.
