We are looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist to drive our organization and develop initiatives. The Talent Sourcing Specialist is responsible for producing and generating applicants for each position Quickstart and its client's needs. Quickstart's clients primarily include healthcare industry facilities (Ex: residential substance abuse centers and mental health inpatient care).

The Talent Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for generating and funneling candidates with unique methods.
