System Engineer Team Lead

Auria is looking to hire a System Engineer Team Lead to support the Command, Control, Battle Management and Communications (C2BMC) program. The primary work location is in either Colorado Springs, CO or Huntsville, AL.

The team lead is the first line of leadership for all SE Architecture team members and reports to the SE Engineering Manager.  Is responsible for maintaining accurate metrics of team progress.  Supports all team staffing responsibilities, including interviewing new candidates, dealing with team performance issues, and supporting team member growth and development.  Is also expected to be technically competent in all of the work performed by the team such that they can act as a reviewer of products to ensure quality.  Is responsible for defining and ensuring compliance with SE Architecture team processes. Some travel is...
