Subaru Service BDC Representative

Miller Subaru is a family-owned and operated business tending to the automotive needs of our friends and neighbors since 1912. Our organization takes pride in providing exemplary customer service and client management and we fully realize that it all starts with our employees.

Currently we are seeking a motivated self-starter to join in our Service Business Development Center. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound phone calls for service scheduling
• Make outbound calls to schedule service appointments, reminders, and recall notifications.
• Schedule Service Loaners
• Utilize CRM System to communicate with internal partners and customers.
