The Student Registrar position will be the main point of contact for students enrolled in the Brandywine Virtual Academy (BVA) program. This position communicates with students and parents to help them understand the program and maneuver through the BVA system.

Responsibilities include:

• Project management of the student registration process and course enrollment for Brandywine Virtual Academy
• Lead and manage the smooth enrollment of students into BVA courses
• Answer incoming calls, maintain program databases, schedule students and resolve problems
• Maintain accurate records and computer databases and provide associated reporting as requested
• Verifying the accuracy of enrollments according to specific date parameters
