Solutions Coordinator I

The position is responsible to help liaison between, engineering, production, quality, management, and the customer.  The role is involved with many administrative jobs such as: creating sales quotes, processing requests for custom orders, creating custom parts in Thorlabs’ ERP system, and coordinating with customers on product status requests. This position will also partner with the sales and technical services sales teams (Solutions Engineers, Projects Engineers, Sales) to support the new part creation process as it related to creating and processing quotes and orders. The hours for this position are Monday - Friday from 10:30a.m. - 7:00p.m.

Although the location of the position is in Newton, NJ, from time to time it may be required to undertake duties at other Thorlabs locations.
