Software Systems Engineer/ Software Developer

Advanced Automation Corporation (AAC) is seeking a Software Systems Engineer (Computer and Mobile Simulations) who will contribute to the creation, implementation, maintenance, performance, production, support and documentation of the Distributive Learning (DL) application. This role will work with a development team to aid instructional designers (ISD) and subject matter experts (SME) in the ideation, design, and implementation of learning exercises throughout the DL application.

Essential Job Functions: 

• Design and develop client-side components that will enhance the user experience of the DL application and its various learning exercises.
• Deliver impactful desktop and mobile experiences through standard UX practices.
• Collaborate with the instructional design team to provide technical insight during ideation of learning exercises with design mock-ups and technical specifications.
