As a Showroom Specialist at CandleScience, you will be tasked with providing the most pleasant, knowledgeable, and empowered support possible to our showroom customers and beyond.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a positive, professional, and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.
• Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions and concerns, helping guide customers with projects they may be considering.  
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Providing exemplary support ensuring customer satisfaction at the highest level.
