Shipping and Customer Service Manage

BioPharma Consulting JAD Group is seeking a dedicated Shipping and Customer Service Manager to play a crucial role in our logistics and customer relations team. You will work closely with various departments to streamline shipping processes and enhance service delivery while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

Essential Functions:

• Accurately complete the pack out process, ensuring all relevant documentation is completed compliantly. 

• Perform system transactions and ensure the timely and accurate order fulfillment, documentation, closure of outstanding issues and effective inventory system. 

• Manage and communicate with the relevant carriers, building a strategic relationship.  

• Comply with national and international shipping requirements in line with Trade Compliance, IATA, DOT and state requirements.
