The employee will play a crucial role in contract compliance management for designated building maintenance services, as well as maintaining the relationship between City Wide and Independent Contractors. Our team members should have the ability to review client contracts and ensure work expectations are met. They should have the capability to work independently, as well as collaborate effectively with others. Our employees must be comfortable working in various facilities such as industrial, manufacturing, office, medical, retail, etc., with varying air quality, temperature, and physical environments....

• City Wide Facility Solutions provides over 20 building maintenance solutions to save our clients time and help them solve problems. We are seeking an experienced 2nd shift janitorial supervisor who is interested in helping us grow the business in SWFL while growing your career at the same time.
