2nd Shift Janitorial Supervisor / Night Manager - Part Time Bi-Lingual-20 per hr

• As a leading provider in building maintenance, City Wide Facility Solutions is looking for a dedicated and experienced 2nd Shift Janitorial Supervisor / Night Manager to join our team.
• Your shift will typically run from 6 PM to 12 AM, 1-3 nights per week, during which you’ll coordinate night crews and inspect various accounts, ensuring all cleaning tasks are executed to the highest standard.
• You will be responsible for:
• Conducting detailed inspections of all facilities to ensure compliance with established cleaning standards.
• Training and managing janitorial crews, providing feedback and coaching where necessary.
• Communicating effectively with both crew members and the 1st shift management team to address any issues or special requests.
• Preparing detailed nightly reports summarizing the work completed, any issues encountered, and feedback on crew performance.
• Maintaining organized key access for buildings and ensuring security protocols are followed.

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role within the janitorial service industry.
• Skills: Strong leadership, coaching, planning, and organizational skills.
• Must have a reliable automobile. We provide a car allowance.
• Bilingual English - Spanish
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment and techniques.
• Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
