Shelter Operations Supervisor

Day in the life:

Leading a team of Animal Technicians, Veterinarian Technicians, and Veterinary Assistants - 10-15 employees

Responsible for 1:1's and training for employees

Ensuring coverage and assessing staffing needs daily

Holding staff accountable to their positions and coaching for success

Cross functional teamwork with the other Supervisors

Administrative duties to include timecards, supply purchasing and budgeting

Schedule: Full time 40 hour per week - five 8-hour shifts per week, some evenings and weekends.

Shift times: Saturday and Sunday - 7:00 AM - 6:15 PM; Weekdays - 7:00 AM - 8:15PM (Shifts are 8...
