Senior Social Media Strategist

Lead the central social media efforts through content creation and sharing, social listening and monitoring, and crisis communication and marketing support as a key member of Middlebury's Public Affairs team. 

This is a full time, benefits eligible, salaried position with a hiring range of $63,009-78,787 per year.

We are searching for a talented, digitally-savvy communicator for the role of Sr. Social Media Manager. This person is responsible for overseeing social strategy, project management and overall campaign development across several client accounts.

The Senior Social Strategist is a client-facing role in which you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their goals and objectives and execute campaigns against those goals. You will also be responsible for providing input on the creative development of our clients' social presence, from both a campaign and always-on perspective. This includes paid social, owned social, and activation. *Applicants must be legally able to work in the USA and on-site in Austin, TX. We cannot sponsor visas for this role at this time.
