Interior design is a large part of LaBella’s business and leaders are expected to work with clients to discuss goals and objectives and provide creative and innovative design solutions. Duties

• Responsible for not only creative and innovative design solutions but also the proficiency and efficiency of the interior design team members. Understanding and creating fee and project budgets and performing project management tasks are sometimes required and expected to be performed with little assistance.
