Senior Battery Scientist

About the Job

As Senior Scientist, you’re helping lead our charge to develop advanced polymer electrolytes for lithium-ion batteries and beyond. You will work with Anthro leadership to design and implement novel polymer engineering techniques for a wide range of battery applications. As an early team member, you will proactively shape the scientific and strategic vision of Anthro.

What you will do

• Design and conduct thoughtful experiments, analyze data, and interpret experimental results
• Develop polymer materials and electrolyte formulations for a wide range of battery applications
• Work with engineers to translate scientific discoveries into production-ready prototypes
• Contribute to the development of Anthro’s IP roadmap
• Assist with preparation and execution of government grants
• Prepare presentations and report on progress at internal meetings
