Your work will help mobilize 100,000 votes in the top battleground states to stop Donald Trump and recruit thousands of candidates for 100,000 elections that go uncontested every year. 

As a Senior Advisor to the Political Innovation team, you'll help us launch large scale experiments that rigorously assess the impact of both paid and organic content on YouTube. You're an expert at using the pre-roll survey function within YouTube, knowledgeable about working with creators, and about ad-targeting capabilities.
