Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with major retailers and specialty stores
- Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue goals by season
- Analyze business on a weekly basis and recap for upper management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop products and programs that meet client needs
- Collaborate with accounts to define and execute strategies and identify opportunities
- Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions
- Forecast sales and inventory needs to ensure service levels are maintained
- Manage and prioritize workload to maximize productivity and meet deadlines
- Strategize and execute new business opportunities alongside VP of Sales
- Manage market prep and appointments as well as internal and external follow up
