SEC Technical Accountant

We are currently seeking an experienced SEC Technical Accountant to join our team. As an SEC Technical Accountant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients' compliance with SEC reporting requirements and providing expert guidance on complex accounting matters.

Responsibilities:

• Process workbooks and data to support for manager.
• Ensure compliance with SEC reporting requirements, including the preparation and review of periodic financial statements and footnotes.
• Research and interpret accounting regulations, including US GAAP and SEC rules and regulations, to provide guidance on accounting and reporting matters.
