School Speech Language Pathologist

Boston Speech, a woman and therapist-owned company, is currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist. You will work with a diverse population and collaborate with other professionals to provide comprehensive care. This is a school-based position, and it will be elementary level students. This position is full-time, in-person, and 35 hours weekly. This position has a competitve rate of $70/HR

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose individuals with communication and swallowing disorders for a caseload of 50-55 students
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans
• Provide therapy sessions to improve speech and language skills
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans
• Educate patients and their families on effective communication strategies
