Sales Specialist- Real Estate Wholesaling- Base Salary + Work fro

The successful candidate will have a strong background in real estate acquisitions, have a positive mindset and be able to learn and grow successfully in an efficient amount of time.

We are seeking a talented and outgoing individual to join our real estate acquisitions team. We invest heavily in training and multi-channel marketing and are committed to providing the absolute best training so that you can not only get paid a base salary but also be able to earn bonuses and commissions as well! The position is to follow up and convert those quality leads into profitable transactions through tactical negotiations, relationship/rapport building, and proper evaluations of property/seller needs. This is a sales role, so if you are not comfortable with sales, this is not for you.
