Roofing Technician

As an Experienced Commercial Roof Technician ,you’ll contribute to high-quality roofing projects by:

• Delivering top-quality roofing installations using standardized techniques
• Diagnosing and solving roofing issues as they arise
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment (5S standard)
• Performing all tasks safely according to established protocols
• Contributing to continuous improvement of roofing processes
• Ensuring reliable attendance and active participation in daily tasks
• Working collaboratively with team members to support and assist fellow roofers

Requirements

1+ years of experience in commercial and industrial roofing

Understanding of roofing systems such as EPDM, TPO, PVC, BUR, modified bitumen, and architectural sheet metal (training available)

As a Commercial Roof Technician, you’ll support our team by ensuring job sites are clean, safe, and ready for roofing installations. Your responsibilities include:

• Assisting with general cleanup and removing debris from the work area
• Preparing workspaces by clearing snow, water, and debris from roofs
• Loading/unloading materials, tools, and equipment from work trucks
