Full Job Description
As an Experienced Commercial Roof Technician ,you’ll contribute to high-quality roofing projects by:
- Delivering top-quality roofing installations using standardized techniques
- Diagnosing and solving roofing issues as they arise
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment (5S standard)
- Performing all tasks safely according to established protocols
- Contributing to continuous improvement of roofing processes
- Ensuring reliable attendance and active participation in daily tasks
- Working collaboratively with team members to support and assist fellow roofers
Requirements
1+ years of experience in commercial and industrial roofing
Understanding of roofing systems such as EPDM, TPO, PVC, BUR, modified bitumen, and architectural sheet metal (training available)
Effective skills in roof system evaluation, leak diagnostics, and problem-solving
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Valid driver’s license (preferred but not required)
