The Project Manager (PM) will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing the successful completion of Authorium onboarding and implementation projects or consulting projects to meet the needs of the customer, as defined in the scope of work (SOW). Their role is to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within the allocated budget, and according to the defined scope and quality standards. The PM will work alongside Solution Engineers, who will configure products for clients and support any technical questions they may have. The PM will also work with Authorium Consultants as-needed to deliver procurement support and subject matter expertise as defined in the SOW. PMs will serve as the main point of contact (PoC) during the onboarding or implementation process, until the product has launched, when they will transition the customer to the Customer Success team.
